Catalina’s Coffee Company was inspired by cofounder and coffee lover Eloisa. Due to his experience working in the coffee shop business, Eloisa’s friend and cofounder Alexis joined in on the idea of starting a coffee business with a Latin twist. Together, they opened in 2025 and named it after Eloisa’s daughter. Our mission is to offer great coffee while also creating a welcoming space.
